Title of Class: Moving Meditation
The easiest way to quiet the mind is to move the body. This open level Vinyasa call will help you get out of your head and into your body. Through several poses and heart openers, you will get more in touch with yourself, your body and emotions, and leave feeling more open and receptive.
This class will be an all level Vinyasa sequence to help people get out of their head and more into their body. Especially after sleeping in a tent (or not sleeping at all), moving and stretching in the morning is a great way to get your body ready for a new day of dancing in the sun. Through several yoga poses, including heart openers, people will get more in touch with themselves, their body and emotions and be able to feel more centered and receptive towards everything life has to offer.
Duration of workshop: 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs
Participant should bring: Yoga mat
