Join us for a transportive sonic journey and sound meditation where we can quiet our minds.

Combining breathing techniques, guided vocal toning, guided visualizations and a collection of unique instruments (gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and other various harmonic overtone emitting instruments), we will use sound as a tool to heighten our own awareness, facilitating moments of peace, relaxation, clarity and insight.

What to bring:

  • intention
  • an eye mask or scarf - this is very important
  • comfy lay-down stuff (yoga mat, pillow, blanket)
