Several serious sport induced concussions over the years led Sarah to dive deep into meditation to heal her brain and trauma-induced depression. She unleashed newfound focus and clarity levels as well as transformationally reached deeper relaxation all through movement and meditation.

Sarah is a Kundalini instructor through the Kundalini Research Institute, a 500-hour Vinyasa certified teacher, and a National Council on Strength and Fitness certified personal trainer.  She currently teaches at Woom Center and HariNYC in New York City.
