HAPPY FARMERS WILL CHANGE THE WORLD

SIMON ROBERTS

Inside all of us lives a happy farmer. Learn about a new generation of urban farmers that are growing a greener climate by feeding populations in a local, healthy, and more environmentally sustainable way. And what you can do to support and get involved; including planting your first seed as a happy farmer.

Simon is the founder of ALLOTT, an urban agriculture accelerator dedicated to helping convert under-utilized spaces into productive food hubs for local communities. A current project, the Greenstream, is a mobile education lab for inspiring more than 30,000 students a year about urban agriculture and the impact a plant based diet can have on preserving our planet and it's animals.

Before devoting all his energy to urban agriculture, Simon has helped build and grow several companies including HowGood, Airbnb, and the Salvation Army; as well as raise over $5M USD in investment for his own startups.  Simon has also served on multiples boards including most recently: ChangeFood and Elizabeth Street Garden.

In his free time, Simon is currently penning his first children's book - The Dalai Fama.
