Yoga is the union of expression and love, I believe it should be accessible for every being on earth, not some complicated routine that is only attainable for the very fit. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and I have my 200 hour teacher training in yoga theraphy and alignment from Gaia Yoga Shala in Koh Phangan, Thailand . Currently I am living in Thailand developing my own style and gaining knowledge from many international teachers, I will be returning to my home in Brooklyn just in time to share my teachings at Gratitude! I aim to bring inner harmony and therapeutic guidance to my students, with a background in flow arts and mindfulness meditation I am very dedicated to healing through motion.
