Matt FX

Matt FX is an artist, producer, and cultural curator who recently emerged as a prominent young taste-maker thanks to his role as music supervisor for the hit Comedy Central series, 'Broad City,' as well as Hulu's "Difficult People," FXX's "Man Seeking Woman," and the MTV adaptation of the award-winning "Skins."

A lifelong resident of lower Manhattan, 24-year-old Matt is also the spark behind local super-group Scooter Island, whose debut release received on-air support from the likes of Apple Music Beats 1 and KCRW.

As a DJ, Matt has cultivated a following as the founder of the Tribes NY party series, which has taken him from downtown clubs, Le Bain & Soho House, and well-known Brooklyn locales, including Output & Verboten, to playing major US festivals from Mysteryland to Sweetlife.

In addition to developing his unique taste and style, Matt is also known among friends for making the best tacos in town, and recently set his sights on training to become a future "Chopped" champion.
